Clasis Law and its affiliates (collectively, "CL") is committed to
protecting your privacy and has provided this policy ("Policy") to
familiarize you with the manner in which it collects, uses, shares and discloses

associated mobile versions (the "Website"). In this policy, use of
term, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to
CL.

distributed in the Website. For our client confidentiality obligations and
associated references, please refer to our terms of engagement.

in compliance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the rules framed
thereunder (as amended from time to time) ("IT Act"). The words and
expressions used in this Policy but not defined herein will have the meaning
assigned to them under the IT Act.

employees strictly on a need to know basis. You accept the inherent security

networks and will not hold CL responsible for any breach of security or the
disclosure of Personal Information unless CL has been grossly and willfully
negligent.

Policy or elsewhere, CL shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or

attributable to a Force Majeure Event. A "Force Majeure Event"
shall mean any event that is beyond the reasonable control of CL and shall
include, inter alia, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood,
explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any
kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking,
unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes,
breach of security and encryption.

on changes in the business, legal and regulatory requirements and will be
made available to you online. We will make all reasonable efforts to
communicate to you all significant changes to this Policy. You are encouraged

In case you discontinue the use of the Website, it will not affect the
